Godly Play
This fabulous program helps young children ages 3 and 4 become
aware of the mystery of God’s presence in their lives. Parables
and sacred stories are enriched with visual objects to which
young children may relate. Volunteers are always welcome.
Offered each Sunday from Rally Day through Confirmation Sunday.
Location: Angel Lane
WoRM
Kindergartners through 4th graders will be “Witnessing God’s
Presence” this year in the WoRM. The WoRM stands for Workshop
Rotation Method. It works because it is designed for children to
learn the way that they love: through movement, smells, visual
stimulation, feelings, drama and music. It is an approach that
is welcoming and fun, yet educationally sound. We will start
with Creation, Plagues and Passover, and The Incarnation during
the first semester. After Christmas we will study The Lord’s
Prayer, The Last Supper, and Feeding of the 5,000. Join us as we
tell these important stories through drama, art, storytelling,
movies and new this year, music! Volunteers are always welcome.
