How we worship

Every worship service includes the reading of Holy Scripture from the Old and New Testaments. Many of our prayers and hymns are filled with scripture. We offer services with and without music and we stream most of our services online using our YouTube Channel,  @NativityHSV. We celebrate the Holy Eucharist at all weekly services. All baptized persons, including children, are invited to receive Holy Eucharist. Acolytes will indicate when it is time to go to the altar. If you do not wish to receive Holy Eucharist, you are invited to the altar for a blessing. At the altar rail, simply cross your arms across your chest.

We have a Wednesday noon service of Holy Eucharist. All are invited to stay afterwards for prayers for healing.

*Find us on You Tube and watch the Sunday 10:30 am service live.

If you have any questions about how to watch us online please contact Amy Brooks, abrooks@nativity-hsv.org

What does it mean to join Nativity?

All who are baptized are members of Christ's body, the Church. Joining an Episcopal Church simply means placing your name in the official registry book. While is sounds complicated, the process is quite simple. The church office will need your full name, date of birth and date and place of baptism. A letter of transfer is often used to move from one church to another and may be initiated by contacting Austin Cook, acook@nativity-hsv.org. Please note, whether you are baptized or not, Nativity welcomes you with open arms. For additional information, please contact our clergy.
